Cliff Jumper IPA is a citrusy, hop-forward IPA. It has a simple grain base under an aromatic hop nose. We brew it using a technique called “Hop Bursting” – using a low amount of bittering hops and high amounts of late-addition hops and dry-hopping. This achieves a hoppy, bitter first impression with a malty finish, making for an easy drinking IPA with a great hop bouquet
